Returns & Refunds Policy

Frogtown Cellars wines are crafted with passion and precision, and we stand behind their quality. However, due to the perishable nature of wine and state alcohol regulations, we do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction with taste. Once wine leaves our facility, we cannot verify its condition upon return.

Exceptions:

  • Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Order: If your shipment arrives damaged, lost in transit, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email/phone] with your order number, photos of the issue, and details. We'll issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, coordinated through Vinoshipper and the carrier (UPS/FedEx).
  • Faulty Product: If a bottle is corked, oxidized, or otherwise defective (unrelated to shipping), we'll replace it upon return and inspection. Return shipping is prepaid by us in these cases.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For non-wine items (e.g., merchandise), standard Shopify returns apply within 30 days—contact us for a return authorization.
